I kept getting emails that my Onstar was about to expire. Called the # and LONG story short, both people I talked to were Indian with American names. They didn't have me listed as ever having OnStar, A LIE because I have had it for over 10 years. the woman I talked to said I had to now pay monthly for it since it was a 2012 and not 2015 or newer. She asked me my # twice and I finally said FORGET IT I won't renew. I should have known majority of 888 numbers belong to call centers in India, who end up scamming people
